RONDO 1 is one of the most modern and most ecological, Grade A+ tall building in Central and Eastern Europe. The 40-storey tower, built in 2006 by Hochtief Development Poland, is located in the centre of Warsaw’s business district close to Warsaw’s Central Railway Station and Rondo ONZ.

RONDO 1 complex also includes an adjacent 10-storey building, with a car park and retail facilities. It offers a total of 66,000sqm of rentable building space and nearly 500 parking places.

Rondo 1 was the first skyscraper in Europe to receive the LEED Gold Certificate in the “Existing Building” category. In 2016, the certificate was extended to Platinum grade. It also received the prestigious Real Green CEE Real Estate Quality Award in 2012 in the “Building of the Year 2011” category, as well as CEE Real Estate Quality Award in 2013 in the “Building of the Decade” category.

Rondo 1 was designed by world-renowned architects, Skidmore, Owings & Merill in cooperation with Polish architectural firms: AZO and Epstein.
